Changes to class creations to make it easier

Zemanta Related Posts ThumbnailTo reduce the risk of fines of £350.00 being charged to our centres we have added an extra option to the class creation feature.  This new feature provides you with the option to list courses and choose if the courses are going to be delivered at HABC Level when you create your classrooms.  All courses that are going to be delivered as HABC must be registered in advance, delivered as planned or cancelled in advance on the ProTrainings system.

All created classes will still be listed on the ProTrainings system whether they are HABC or not.  Please do not select the HABC option unless you are going to run the course as a HABC Qualification.  If you list a course and at a later date need to change it to a HABC qualification you can notify us in advance of the course date and we will register the course with the Awarding Organisation for you.

These changes have been made to reduce the high volume of courses being listed with the Awarding Organisation that are not delivered as HABC or not cancelled on the system before the course date.  We hope that by adding this feature we can dramatically reduce the possibility of the Awarding Organisation conducting an un-announced External Quality Assurance visit when a course is not taking place, which would incur the £350.00 fine for the centre involved.

We hope that these changes do not cause any inconvenience and thank you for your co-operation and continuing support.
