You can now download all  class paperwork direct from the class page on your instructor dashboard. We now have 3 buttons where you can download what you need from one place.

  1. Registration Forms – These self populate with class and instructor data. If you enter the students details to the class, this is also automatically produced giving you a professional preprinted form for your students to sign. Click this and print as many of the pages as you need
  2. Required Student Forms – These need to be printed, one per student and they include required paperwork like accident book exercise and course evaluations
  3. Course Forms – This is one per class and its the sign off form that you must complete

You can also get access to other forms and information on  courses from the classes button on the instructor documents section. It is very important to ensure that you understand what paperwork you need to complete and how to run QCF classes. If you have any questions please let us know. Remember if you are running non first aid  courses you may need to buy exam packs 7 days before the course date.

Please don’t forget that you must list courses at least a week in advance (7 days), this is a requirement, please remember it is just the course itself that needs to be listed not the students, you add them to the class before or after it has been delivered. There is no problem with cancelling courses as long as you do it before the actual date of the course.

Remember you must list all courses before the course and if you need to add or cancel a course at short notice, always call or email us and we will make sure that the correct procedure is followed. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact.
